Common Ground Farms is situated on 100 acres of heritage farmland, offering a private setting surrounded by mature forests, open fields, wetlands, and walking trails. Our spaces include:
Heritage Red Barn: Up to 150 guests (125 seated comfortably)
Loft & Lounge: Up to 50 guests
Exclusive access to the surrounding outdoor gathering spaces, patios, and farmland is included with full-property rentals.

Yes! Complimentary on-site parking is available for all events, with overflow parking for larger gatherings. Overnight parking can also be accommodated for select events.

Absolutely. You're welcome to bring in the licensed caterer of your choice. Our serving kitchen is designed for light food preparation and final plating.

Yes. Alcohol is permitted with the appropriate liquor licence and Serving It Right certification. A mobile bar unit is available and included with all bookings.

The main level of the barn, including the event space, kitchen, lounge, and washrooms, is ground level and easily accessible. Please note the Loft & Lounge is accessed by stairs.

You'll arrange items such as linens, dishware, glassware, décor, catering equipment, and any specialty AV equipment through your own vendors.

Yes! Common Ground Farms hosts events throughout every season. The Heritage Red Barn is heated during the cooler months, making it a comfortable space for fall and winter gatherings. In warmer months, the large barn doors open onto the outdoor gathering spaces, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.
