The Heritage Red Barn comfortably hosts up to 150 guests, while the Loft & Lounge accommodates up to 50. Our outdoor spaces allow for even greater flexibility depending on your event layout and rentals.
Absolutely. Our spaces were designed to flow seamlessly between indoors and outdoors, allowing you to incorporate ceremonies, cocktail hours, dinners, markets, workshops, or receptions throughout the property.

Simply submit an inquiry through our website. Once we've confirmed availability, we'll prepare a customized estimate. Your date is officially secured once your venue agreement is signed and the 30% non-refundable booking deposit has been received.
Yes! We'd love to show you around. Venue tours are available by appointment and are the best way to experience the spaces, ask questions, and explore how your event could come to life here. Venue tours are available for large gatherings (50 people or more).

Your rental includes exclusive access to your reserved space, on-site parking, kitchen access, washrooms, our outdoor gathering areas, and select venue furnishings including chairs, serving tables, and a mobile bar.
Absolutely. You're welcome to work with the caterers, planners, florists, photographers, entertainers, and rental companies of your choice. We're also happy to share a list of trusted local vendors if you'd like recommendations.
Yes. Complimentary on-site parking is included with every booking, with space available for up to 200 vehicles.

Events with more than 50 guests require Special Event Liability Insurance prior to the event. If alcohol is being served, additional liquor liability coverage and the appropriate permits are also required.
Well-behaved, supervised dogs are welcome for many events, particularly outdoor ceremonies and photos. Because we're an active working farm with wildlife and livestock nearby, pets must remain under control at all times and owners are responsible for cleanup.
Common Ground Farms is a working farm, which means normal farming activities may continue before, during, or after your event. We simply ask guests to respect designated farm areas, follow signage, and enjoy the unique setting safely.
