You’ll have access to the property from 9am to 11pm.
To ensure a seamless experience for all events at Common Ground Farms:
Capacity of up to 150 guests
A washroom trailer is required for events with over 60 guests (available for an additional cost)

Event insurance and a valid liquor license are required for all applicable bookings
Clients are responsible for sourcing and coordinating all vendors, including delivery, setup, and teardown
A damage deposit is required and will be returned following your booking, pending inspection
Please ensure proper planning & bookings are made to accommodate vendor pick-ups, drop-offs, event set up and tear down. For larger gatherings requiring vendors, we recommend buffering your event with a half-day booking on each end to ensure a smooth and seamless experience.
