three setups + indoor comfort + outdoor possibilitiesHoliday minis, made a little easier
This holiday season, the Heritage Red Barn will be transformed into a warm and inviting backdrop for holiday mini sessions.
Designed specifically for professional photographers, each booking includes access to three thoughtfully styled setups throughout the barn, along with designated outdoor areas across the property when weather permits. No hauling furniture. No building sets. No worrying about having a backup plan if the forecast changes. Simply arrive, settle in and create something beautiful for your clients.
The Holiday Loft
Bright, elevated and softly styled.
Located in the upper loft of the Heritage Red Barn, this light-filled studio setting will feature timeless holiday details and a clean, neutral palette.
A warm and understated backdrop designed to keep the focus on the people in front of your camera.
Fireside
Cozy, nostalgic and full of warmth.
Gather around the barn’s original stone fireplace, styled with natural garland, twinkle lights, stockings and soft seasonal textures.
The perfect setting for relaxed portraits that feel like Christmas at home.
Christmas in the barn
Rustic Christmas, surrounded by the character of the barn.
Set within the open side of the Heritage Red Barn, this scene will feature Christmas trees, natural greenery and simple seasonal details that complement the original wood beams and rustic architecture.
Classic, festive and unmistakably Common Ground Farms.
Indoor comfort. Outdoor possibilities.
When weather and property conditions allow, photographers may also use designated outdoor areas surrounding the Heritage Red Barn.
Capture additional looks against the exterior of the barn or among the farm’s open fields, mature forest and peaceful countryside landscape.
With both indoor and outdoor possibilities available, your sessions can move forward without being entirely dependent on the forecast.
Outdoor access is weather and property-condition dependent. Specific areas may be limited or unavailable during periods of heavy rain or poor ground conditions.

A few things to note
Your reserved time includes your arrival, client sessions and departure. Please schedule enough time at the beginning and end of your booking to enter and leave the space without overlapping with another photographer.
The holiday setups are shared installations and may not be moved, altered or restyled. Photographers are welcome to bring small handheld props, blankets or accessories, provided they are removed at the end of the booking.
Photographers are responsible for managing their own client schedule and ensuring clients arrive and depart within the reserved time.
